I took my 90 year old mother to see Paula at Celestial hearing this morning and even though my mom purchased hearing aids at another hearing center Paula helped my mom. For her it's life changing she can hear so much better! She helped me understand how to properly clean and care for her hearing aids as well. My mom called her 88 year old sister and was amazed at how much better she can hear. Paula is so helpful and the nicest person you could ever meet. Thank you soooo much Lori!!! We are from out of town and my moms hearing aides needed to be serviced. I walked into Celestial Hearing and Lori was so kind to check my moms hearing aides which needed to be cleaned! This is making our trip so much better. Now my mom can hear and converse with family!! They are absolutely incredible and patient. I had a hearing test done before that made me sick to my stomach and gave me a severe headache. i did not getting hearing aids after that. when I went to Celestial I was telling Paula and Regina about my fear. wow. they were so patient and amazing in their help. Also the follow ups are incredible, I am always looking forward to it. If you need hearing aids (or if you are undecided) go see them. They are not trying to sell you something you don't need or can't afford. They work with you as a VIP (very important person). Thank you, you have become friends in this journey read moreread less

First of all I want to say that I have two beautiful angels Paula & Regina 😇😇 My old hearing aid was very close to shutting down my husband and I are on a fixed income I had my hearing aid for many years it served me very well I shop on line because of my disability I happened to find an identical one to mine after receiving it I thought who will program it for me I had it a few months and finally looked up first place Celestial hearing solutions I explained and was honest about what I needed I talked to Regina and got my appointment for following day I was praying as she was working on my new hearing aid and she told me she was going to be able to fix it I had tears of joy Paula took some part in my happiness to my angels I am extremely blessed and very happy with both ladies they are the best.. read moreread less
