Thank you soooo much Lori!!! We are from out of town and my moms hearing aides needed to be serviced. I am very delayed in writing this review. Paula Rogers was very kind. I called and asked if they did ear cleaning and she told me to come by. My father, a WWII veteran, had hearing aids already but was having trouble with them. She took time to look at them and to check out his ears and at no charge. She was very helpful and patient with my dad even knowing there would be no purchase. thank you, Ms Rogers!
