Super Service & Super People! It's been a year since I first scheduled a hearing test at Celestial and subsequently was fitted with hearing aids. Paula & Regina were extremely helpful, competent, professional, friendly, and patient throughout the process. I was given different options and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Their customer service is outstanding. They call or email me to schedule "tune up" appointments. Paula even has office hours twice a month in Deming now, which saves me a longer drive to Cruces from my home outside Silver City. I'm not one to usually leave reviews but the care I receive from Celestial is fantastic! If you're experiencing any hearing issues, don't hesitate to contact them. You won't be sorry!!!
