I took my 90 year old mother to see Paula at Celestial hearing this morning and even though my mom purchased hearing aids at another hearing center Paula helped my mom. For her it's life changing she can hear so much better! She helped me understand how to properly clean and care for her hearing aids as well. My mom called her 88 year old sister and was amazed at how much better she can hear. Paula is so helpful and the nicest person you could ever meet. When the time comes for new hearing aids I will be purchasing them from Paula!

Paula and Lori do an excellent job of assisting the Hearing Aid buyer. I was a first-timer. Paula was thorough with her examination and testing. She explained exactly what my hearing issue was and matched me up with the appropriate hearing device. Lori manages the front office with scheduling, answering questions when Paula is with a patient and deals with other administrative duties. She also does a great job cleaning the devices, if asked.
