I am very delayed in writing this review. Paula Rogers was very kind. I called and asked if they did ear cleaning and she told me to come by. My father, a WWII veteran, had hearing aids already but was having trouble with them. She took time to look at them and to check out his ears and at no charge. She was very helpful and patient with my dad even knowing there would be no purchase. thank you, Ms Rogers!

I took my 90 year old mother to see Paula at Celestial hearing this morning and even though my mom purchased hearing aids at another hearing center Paula helped my mom. For her it's life changing she can hear so much better! She helped me understand how to properly clean and care for her hearing aids as well. My mom called her 88 year old sister and was amazed at how much better she can hear. Paula is so helpful and the nicest person you could ever meet. When the time comes for new hearing aids I will be purchasing them from Paula!

Super Service & Super People! It's been a year since I first scheduled a hearing test at Celestial and subsequently was fitted with hearing aids. Paula & Regina were extremely helpful, competent, professional, friendly, and patient throughout the process. I was given different options and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Their customer service is outstanding. They call or email me to schedule "tune up" appointments. Paula even has office hours twice a month in Deming now, which saves me a longer drive to Cruces from my home outside Silver City. I'm not one to usually leave reviews but the care I receive from Celestial is fantastic! If you're experiencing any hearing issues, don't hesitate to contact them. You won't be sorry!!!
